Your business data
AurumOne ERP is offline-first. Your sales, stock, customer and accounting data is stored in an encrypted database on your own computer. AurumOne does not upload this data to its own servers.
Licensing data
To activate and manage your licence, the Customer Portal (admin.aurumone.online) stores your shop's contact details, licence status and device information — this is the minimum needed to run your subscription.
Website enquiries
When you use a contact form on this site, your message opens directly in WhatsApp or your email app. We do not store enquiry-form contents on this website.
